My Story
About Us
My Start
I began my career in real estate with a gritty, high-energy role as an inside sales agent, booking appointments for brokerage owners with top-producing agents. It was a tough job, but it taught me the power of persistence. In just six months, I booked 800 appointments and gained invaluable insight into what makes agents successful.
Determined to grow, I transitioned into a leadership role, pushing myself into an opportunity that allowed me to grow a brokerage by 200 agents in just 20 months—impressive in a small market of only 1,300 agents.
Vision
From there, I moved 2,000 miles away to Arizona, where I became a team leader and continued to build on my success. My office consistently recruited 35-50 agents per month using the same strategies that helped me thrive in Canada. But my journey didn’t stop there. One day, a peer from Canada asked me how I managed to achieve such rapid success in Arizona. That question sparked something in me, and soon my passion for coaching others was born. I turned my strategies and systems into a product and model that now helps others scale their own businesses.
Today, I’m proud to say that 51 of my clients collectively brought in over 2000 agents in Q1 of 2025 ALONE. It’s been an incredible journey—one built on grit, leadership, and the relentless pursuit of success. And I’m excited to share these proven strategies with you, so you too can unlock your business’s full potential
